We get a lot of fog rolling thru this time of year and I think it would make some great video rising up thru the fog to blue skies, sun , and mountain tops. Is fog a no no due to it being moisture?

I have not gone through fog, but I have flown through some low hanging clouds before. I did get a few drops settle on the drone body, however I didn't notice any moisture around the motors. Im thinking the warmth and wind from operation help some. I would think if you can do a quick pass and the camera lens is still clear, you are ok to operate.

Also line of sight flights only in the UK. If your flying through a layer of fog or low cloud you will loose line of sight flight

Quite right Kevin, here in Canada you are required by the latest June rules put out by Transport Canada that you maintain VLOS at all times. As for flying in any Precipitation is sheer madness!
