Karma Hero 6 for Close-Up Inspections??

Hello Dronies,

Wanted to know if anyone has experience using the Karma to shoot video of close-ups. I am finding that it is pretty tricky to get in close enough to get a close-up shot of, let's say a part on a high-tension cable. Does the DJI Phantom 4 have better capabilities for a job like this?

Set your Hero 6 to Linear, zoom the camera in, and fly farther away. Karma likes to drift. Not sure if the camera on the DJI Phantom 4 can zoom. Flying close to anything with a Karma can be dicy.

Flying close to a power cable with any drone will be dicey

Good point. Although if you attach a flamethrower to your drone, it apparently builds confidence
