Turn on gimbal on grip w/out camera

Does that harm the gimbal system if you happen to turn on the gimbal on the grip without camera?

mine auto turned on after i charged it and pulled the plug and it turned on without camera and it had a shake.

Should be ok.

Maybe just recalibrate it again.
