Left Front Motor Will Not Start

Had a crash and had to replace the stabilizer and left front arm. Everything powers up except for the left front motor. The light on the left front arm comes on but the motor on that arm will not start, while the other 3 start up with no problem. I bought it used so customer support is useless to me.
Anyone have any suggestions before I chuck this thing in the dumpster?

It sounds like the used arm has also been involved in a crash. If the stator ( the bit in the middle) is even slightly bent the motor won’t run even if there is power. Also the coil my have water damage. I would throw it away and purchase a genuine one from GoPro. At least you’ll have come back and customer support.
