Poor Customer Service

    Hello All, My Karma developed a problem may 7-17, made contact may 10,
    I have made contact weekly with customer service. NOT A THING HAS BEEN DONE FOR ME!

    Yea, I've had similar experiences with Go Pro in general. That's why I bought my drone from Wal-Mart (of all places), 90 day return and a 3 year replacement warranty for $70. Not to mention that I got the drone with camera and extra battery for $960 out the door.
