Karma controller stuck on “GoPro Screen.”

Hey all, quick question.

Replaced my controller, and for whatever reason, it gets stuck on the “GoPro” screen, and will not move past.

In an act of desperation, I replaced it again (used, online) and the exact same thing is happening.

Any thoughts? I’ve tried a hard reset, running the battery out, etc. Nothing seems to help.
