Did you contact GoPro, inform them of your experience and send in flight logs? They may very well help you.

After my Karma fell out of the sky and ended up in 6 inches of water. Contacted GoPro and uploaded flight plans. One month later I received a brand new replacement. So would definitely contact them. You’ve nothing to loose.
