Drone not updating

hi all

I'm trying to update my karma drone to the latest firmware with the GPS fix. It downloads the firmware and has updated the stabilizer and the controller. The drone and my hero 7 pro camera continually FIL. I've reset the controller swapped batteries power on power off paired and unpaired and I can't get the drone or camera to update. Any thoughts??

I ended up updating my camera via connection to my phone, and then was able to update the drone. I was inside, closer to the wifi hotspot that my controller connects to for updates, so not sure if that made a difference, as if the drone needs that wifi connection? I'm not sure, but the drone is updated now.
