crashed karma directly into block wall

hi guys, my karma has a hard time getting paired .And on its last flight ever it seemed to loose contact with the controller and flew strait into my building. now the part that holds the gopro is broken so its done unless I can find that part or buy one new.its hard to get info on this can someone offer some help or ideas on what I should do. thanks

Sounds like you may have damaged the harness, which is part of the stabilizer. I've included links to the GoPro replacement parts.

If it's a newer unit and you have GoPro Plus, try to get some warranty help from GoPro. Even if you don't have GoPro Plus, try anyway. They will want to see your flight logs, if there was a problem with your Karma, perhaps GoPro will step up and help you, it's worth a shot.

My Karma crashed due to a “compass error” I did not have GoPro Plus but received a replacement complete Karma. Always worth a try contacting GoPro
