battery karma problem

who can tell me what the problem is, the battery is charged if I insert it into the charger and it also acts as a powerbank to the controller

Both batteries will act same with controller and charger. The battery that does not activate the Karma has a connector that is not working with the Karma

I would check and clean off the contacts on the battery and the Karma.

Any updates on this? I have a old battery which charges the controller but won't turn on karma. Any work around for this?
