What are your thoughts? Just like our new FAA rules in the US that are doing away with exemptions for hobbyists, I am concerned (perhaps prematurely) about this.

If people can screw it up they will! Over regulate and more and more laws and regulations than anyone can keep up with. Just fly responsibly and don't worry about it cuz they're going to do what they're gonna do anyhow.
