Received an email today saying my case was closed and I have nothing to show for my £1200 product bought six months ago. Anyone else in a similar situation or am I just a going to be told I had a twenty second window to land it in and it was my fault not the drones that it flew off!!!!!!

Just had another email off a manager Paul D EMEA go pro keeps quoting it was my responsibility to calibrate in a new area so I'm not covered. Any advice would be gratefully received.
