contact GoPro... ask for new propellers. but first they will ask you for the flight log. i crashed before and broke 2 props. they sent me a new set.- funkyguy

i have the same problem as that. i contacted customer support and they told me that it is an issue they are currently dealing with. They promise to contact me as soon as everything is sorted out. As of the moment, i cant fly the drone because of this problem.- funkyguy
