I had this happen to me once and I simply reset the camera, then calibrated the stabilizer and it worked fine. I don't know if it will work for you but this is my experience. Good Luck
Well, I finally received my karma replacement today. If anyone wants to purchase it, It hasn't been flown. I have 2 GoPro hero 5 batteries along with a brand new Hero5. 3 Karma batteries. Everything else is in pristine condition. Message for serious inquiries
Once I sent it off I didn't hear anything relating to the case until the other day saying that the drone has been received and I will have the replacement by Thursday. However, throughout the process I tried to maintain contact with them in regards to what stage they were at and never could get...
I wonder if it's because there are a lot of people having issues with their drones or if it's from the lack of people to handle the processing and turn-a-round?
They received my drone last Wednesday, I don't know when I will receive the replacement. I've been trying to acquire the flight logs but I am not getting any response. Does anyone know if I will even be able to get the flight logs?
They just sent me an email about replacing the drone, but will they send the hero 6 with the replacement drone since that is the updated camera with the karma's that are still being sold?
Took karma up to 650ft to get me above the tree line which is about 200ft away to set up for a sunset shot., as soon as it reached altitude the controller said "sensor error alert" and she tried to land in place, but as soon as it reached 630ft a prop broke and she fell straight into the earth...
