What happens when your too close to the ground and pull up

Inches from the ground and pulled up too hard, Karma summersaulted and...
All four rotor's snapped!

You can pull up but only straight up when real close to ground. Even off a little bit can result in a quick dip and grab and flip.

How close to the ground are you all talking? I've skimmed the grass at probably a foot or so and then pulled up with no issues. I might need to quit doing that.

If you are a good pilot and can handle prop wash, is fine, risky, but fine. All goes back to being able to really fly and not expect GPS and stabilization to take care of you.
