Switch FCC - CE Mode or CE - FCC

Has anyone found out how to switch the FCC to CE mode in Karma? Or vice versa? Is this also like other drones?

I must admit to not actually understanding the question but I see now that some drone makers change the WiFi strength depending upon law for its location and in Europe the signal and thus range is reduced.

Perhaps when you create a GoPro account you should tell it you live in the USA?
