Karma drone charger unresponsive

Has anyone ever plugged a karma drone battery in and got no response from the charger?

The charger light is working and the usb c lead charges stabiliser and controller as normal.

I have 2 batteries and neither get a charge from the charger.

All connection were clean and have been cleaned anyway to no effect?

Have tried for 3 days now and no joy. At £79 for a new charger I am a bit miffed.

Any other karma people ever had this happen...?

When I had this problem, I called GoPro support. They went through a series of checks with me on the phone and sent me a new battery. I’d say, if the light on the charge is on and other devices get charged OK, it is likely the batteries that died on you.

Spot on! I just tried to charge my second battery after I had used it and charger works fine! U saved me that £79 for a new charger I did not need, thanks
