I've had my Karma for a bit of time and have maybe 2 hours of flight on it total. My controller has developed and issue with the responsiveness in the touchscreen. All components are updated firmware software. Both toggles and controls are perfectly fine. When I touch the screen to make changes or selections pre flight and during, it will freeze, not select what I’m tapping, and/or change randomly to other screens. It seems to be a software issue but I don’t know. Please help????!

You could try a "hard reset" by pressing and holding the power button for 8 seconds. If that doesn't work, you may want to call gopro support. They may be able to help you problem solve over the phone and determine if it is a hardware or software issue.
