GREY SCREEN ON THE CONTROLLER

Hi guys,

I'm Giacomo from Italy, and I'm getting crazy because of some troubles on my Karma go pro drone.
When I turn on drone and controller, on the screen I can only see a grey wallpaper with a "go pro" brand in the centre?

Someone can help me??

Contact support. I cannot find this issue reported anywhere. Please report to us the solution if found.

Also, please tell us the version you are using. Did you recently update? Is this the behavior you have after purchase, or did you use before?
