GPS Antenna

I am assuming the two open ended red wires on the circuit board, towards the front, is the GPS antenna. Has any one tried to improve GPS reception by modifying that "antenna"? If the red wires are not an antenna what are they and where is the antenna?
Does anyone have an electrical schematic for the Karma Drone?

If you can find the right thread, there should be some YouTube videos posted of folks adding an external antenna to the Karma remote. Alternatively you could search YouTube directly.
