Is it Possible to reverse Up/Down direction on left joy stick?

SHhhhhhoooosssshhh! Keep it quiet Shon, no one knows that this is where god comes when he's sick of paradise.... ;-)

Is it Possible to reverse Up/Down direction on left joy stick?

Yep, it's about training, practice and 'muscle memory' Shon – you should be able to automatically fly the aircraft as you think about it without having to interpret the thoughts – like driving a car... Despite the embarrassment, here's the story -

Is it Possible to reverse Up/Down direction on left joy stick?

Thanks Shon but the only control change I can find is wheel direction for camera tilt. I've got some good footage of the Karma ploughing into the beach at full speed while I was 'pulling' the stick the wrong way. Apart from three damaged props and a popped gimbal cover and after cleaning out the...

Is it Possible to reverse Up/Down direction on left joy stick?

Does anyone know if it's possible to reverse the direction of the 'Up & Down' directions on the left joy stick of the Karma controller? Not a big issue when Karma is stationary but when flying 'like a fixed wing plane' the automatic action to increase altitude is to pull the stick back. A couple...

Karma took off full speed by itself disappeared forever lost

Hopefully you'd got round to putting your name and phone number on the Karma Lyle? Both mine have Dyno tape labels on, though I think engraving may be better.

    35 mph winds

Both my sons are surfers Shred, so I understand. One advantage of offshore would be less risk of spray hitting the KARMA as you traverse along the front of the wave - so you can get in close! Oh, and don't wait for the Karma lady to tell you the battery's getting low – head back to the beach at...

    Hand Landing KARMA

A wise decision Karmaxtrix, it is risky but with the GoPro props, I figured it wouldn't cut my finger off - the blade would snap off at the hub when it hit bone....;-)

    35 mph winds

A smart thing to do would be always fly it 'up wind' - that is, into the wind. When the battery's low and it has to head back to you, it'll have wind assist so you shouldn't have a problem.

I was concerned that more thrust and speed would mean more load on the motor which may not be a good thing. However, if you're getting more flight time, that would indicate lower power consumption, so less load per motor - Thank you.

    Hand Landing KARMA

Landing pads can't be used everywhere - on water, rocks, steep ground etc. This is so much easier.

    Broken Propellers, only stump left

OK, now I know why the 'punch out' on the prop spanner and why there are two prop spanners. Use one to lock the motor as shown. Drop the second 'cut out' over the hub. It will fit even the smallest remaining blade stub. Put it on one way to turn clockwise and flip it over to turn...

James, Fifty odd kph is enough for me. With 5 & 6 the quality at 2.7k 50fps Linear is great. Yes, it loses connection with the controller sometimes but I've had no problem with it 'homing'. The Karma really is fun to fly! I gather you're in the Netherlands James? The 'Doctor' is more a...

    Broken Propellers, only stump left

Hi Hexzaz, I'm surprised you can't get a grip with the 'rounded' inside of a pair of pliers. Find something with a hole slightly smaller than the large hub diameter and super-glue it on. That will give you something to grip - MAKE SURE YOU"RE TURNING AGAINST THE ARROW ON THE HUB... Phil
