Located in western Kentucky, USA. Enjoying flying the Karma while so many friends have other brands. Other than the issues we had when first purchased, GoPro has been very helpful and replaced the malfunctioning components.

I purchased mine from Best Buy but have had multiple issues with the drone they sent me...GoPro has had to send nearly every part just short of a new drone from the 2016 model shipped to me. I would suggest BHPhotoVideo since their packages are after the recall.

Thanks. GoPro sent another battery and it at first wouldn't fit the slot of the drone. Then after some wiggling it slid in. Very touchy are the connections between the battery and the drone itself. Discovered a problem with the charger and now they are sending a new charger. Glad for buying...

Took delivery of my Karma drone yesterday to only find issues with the battery right out of the box. After a few hours with support, I have a new battery coming to me next week. Please tell me this isn't the norm...M
